Plan
Together, you create a treatment plan that makes sense for your life, your values, and your health goals.
Follow-Up
We check in, monitor progress, and adjust as needed. You’re never on your own—we’re with you for the journey.
How do I schedule my first appointment?
You can book online through our Tebra scheduling portal, call our office directly, or use the contact form on our website. We’ll work with you to find a convenient time that fits your schedule.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact our office with your insurance information, and we’ll verify your coverage and explain any out-of-pocket costs before your visit.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records from previous providers. If you have specific health concerns, feel free to write them down beforehand.
How long are appointments?
Initial consultations typically last 45-60 minutes, giving Dr. Mesa ample time to understand your health history and concerns. Follow-up appointments are generally 20-30 minutes, though we always allocate extra time if needed.
Can I see Dr. Mesa for both primary care and aesthetic services?
Absolutely! Many of our patients appreciate the convenience of receiving both their medical care and aesthetic treatments in one trusted location. Dr. Mesa can discuss all available services during your visit.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes, we offer virtual visits for certain types of consultations and follow-ups. Contact our office to determine if a telehealth appointment is appropriate for your needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who may need care.
Are same-day sick visits available?
We do our best to accommodate urgent care needs. If you’re feeling unwell, please call our office as early as possible, and we’ll work to see you the same day whenever feasible.
